Account Software Setup & Training
For those who prefer a hands-on approach to managing their bookkeeping, this service is designed to empower you. We’ll start by setting up your business in Xero accounting software, ensuring all bank and credit card balances are cleaned up and reconciled. Once your accounts are ready, you’ll receive a two-hour, in-depth training session to learn essential skills such as reconciling transactions, setting up and syncing accounts, generating financial reports, creating and sending invoices, and maintaining consistent bookkeeping practices. After training, ongoing support is available for a nominal fee to help you confidently manage your day-to-day accounting.
Ongoing Accounting & Strategic Planning
Time is money, and managing your bookkeeping can quickly become overwhelming as your business grows—a good problem to have! Partnering with CV Ledger means leaving your day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions in capable hands, while we work with you to extract valuable insights from your business data. These insights will help you make informed decisions to build a sustainable, long-term business. Once your accounting setup and any necessary historical cleanup are complete, we’ll meet monthly or quarterly to review your financial statements, budgets, and account activity, ensuring you remain financially informed and on track.
